The Conner Cares Program is dedicated to encouraging and supporting children and caregivers affected by leukodystrophy as they proceed through treatment (allogeneic stem cell transplant/gene therapy).

We understand the overwhelming challenges that occur as families proceed through this treatment. We strive to provide comfort and support through our personalized care packages designed to meet the needs of each child and family.

If you are proceeding to treatment (either allogeneic transplant or gene therapy) for cerebral ALD, or transplant/gene therapy for Krabbe or MLD, and you would like to receive a care package from the Conner Cares Program, while you are inpatient, please email us at kirsten@connerscrusade.org.
